Our story
We started with one subdivision outside Ballito and a view that the north coast would keep growing. Fifteen years later we have delivered more than a thousand homes, and we still take the same approach: buy well, plan properly, build once.
We are small enough that the people who make decisions are on site, and large enough to carry a development from raw land to registration without handing it to anybody else.
How a development works with us

We find and check the land
Title, zoning, servitudes, services, geotech and environmental, before we commit a rand.

We test the numbers
A full feasibility. If it does not work on paper it will not work on site.

We get the approvals
Rezoning, subdivision and building plans through council, with the professional team appointed.

We build
Contractors appointed on merit and compliance, progress measured weekly, quality signed off at every stage.

We hand over
Snags closed, certificates issued, and transfer registered in your name.
